Tom will be attending the second annual Weather the Fort event in Downtown Fort Wayne on Saturday, February 11 at Freimann Square. Tom will start painting at the beginning of the event at 4 p.m. His plan is to create a live painting from start to finish during the event. He will be hanging out afterwards with affordable art for sale in different shapes and sizes (current samples are available on the website). Ted Pappert from Weather the Fort told me that his goal during this event is to “showcase our local artists and give them an additional platform to be in front of our community and visitors.” He also hopes that “by having Tom at Weather the Fort, people will not only appreciate his ability as an artist but will also be entertained; it isn’t everyday that the general public can watch an artist complete their piece from blank canvas to final product.” Weather the Fort will last until 10 p.m. and will feature art, food, beer, and music. This event is for those over the age of 21. Find out more at WeatherTheFort.com
